Took my Hummer up to these boys to get my sunroof fix from leaking, the price was a little high. When I got back home with the vehicle had to put both front seatbelts back together they wasn't even hook back up, they broke a couple of the covering prices in side the vehicle, they had grease all over the interior, and the sunroof is still leaking. But they gave me a warranty on the job, went up there several times during regular business hours but no one was there and now they are supposed to be out of business, but they are still limiting windows. So I would recommend this place at all .

Referred from another business to replace the sunroof on our car, which sat in the same space that I parked it when I dropped it for FOR FIVE WEEKS. And for FIVE weeks, we called and was told "Have to order parts. Jobs are backed up." Eventually someone died, an uncle? Finally after FIVE weeks we had to get the police involved and track down anyone who would let us in the business to get our key back from this "company" - The person who we tracked down? The uncle that died....DO NOT use them. 100% unprofessional, ABSOLUTE LIARS.

Not sure if they’ve had a change in ownership. The original owner I met was helpful, guy who answers phone now does not have vm set up, does not call back. Not sure what is going on. Maybe new ownership

Regarding my post from a couple days ago I took my car to @ellarskustomkonversions on Saturday March 2. When I took my car at 907 AM my car was undamaged. When he called me at 447 PM i came to pick up my car and seen that someone had wrecked my car. I spoke with the family dollar and they reviewed my video proof that the car had NO damaged. Not only did MR ELLAR lie about wrecking my car but he also tried to HIDE it from me. He didn’t tell me it was hit. He had it backed in hoping I didn’t see it. When confronted he refused to admit fault. The insurance company (his) won’t pay for the damages he created and he also filed!!! Why would he file on something he didn’t do! Do NOT a give your money to this fool. He’s a liar. Not only did he wreck my car he gave NO apology for doing so or even gave me money back. Went to get window tint and left the car to see if more work had to be performed k. The widows cleaning wise before the tintCame back an hr later and couldn't get it done because of the glue and couldn't leave the car for 24 hoursLong story short this is what happen. I have had many cars tinted in my time and this is by far the worst! Excessive amounts of bubbles in every window. All cuts are short of complete coverage. Hair and dirt under the tint. Overall a sadly pathetic job! The warranty is worthless as I most definitely would not allow them back in my car!Service: Window tinting

I would give negative stars if I could! Worst tint job on any car I've ever had! I'm not even going to use my warranty as I don't want these guys back in my car. Excessive amount of bubbles 3 weeks later and the interior of my car was covered in water and soap spots!

I went to this location to get my windows tinted on July 24th on my brand new $60k vehicle. When I dropped the vehicle off the vehicle was clean no mud or dirt inside or out. When I picked the vehicle up after the tint was completed the car had mud and dirt all in the inside (I left the plastic on the inside of the car as you open the door to preserve the newness of the labeling along the foot of the door. It was ripped off when I picked the car up.) I spoke to the employees and mentioned the mess my car was left in. I got sorry, nothing else. I immediately noticed what a horrible job was done. Not one window had been tinted correctly. I paid $445 for ceramic tint. Every window was bubbled, one had fibers or someones hair under the tint(they claim fibers), the back window was jagged and looked like a 3 year old had cut the film. I was told I had to wait at least 6 weeks to report any issues as the "Warranty" would take place and cover any issues. I continued calling and asking when I could get the tint replaced as it looks horrible. I've had every vehicle I've owed tinted and this is my first bad experience. We are talking 20 plus vehicles, not one had a problem but this is only my second at this location and the absolutely the last. Finally I was able to get another appointment on Oct 23rd. I arrive and I'm told they are going to submit a Warranty claim. They took pictures of every window and of all the terrible bubbles, peeling, hair, fibers under tint (or what ever it was under the tint) as well as the terrible cutting of the back window that again is jagged like a child cut it. Move on to Dec as I hear nothing. I speak with Ruford Eller which says the company is working on my Warranty claim and back logged due to covid until April. So April has come and gone, it has been nearly a year and I still have terrible tint. No replacement, no appt scheduled for a replacement. I again spoke to Eller on April 20th, which he stated he would get back to me in a few days to schedule a re-tint to correct every window. Call never came, at this point I'm thinking civil suit and going to an actual reputable company to have my tint completely replaced. I'm not sure how there is any good reviews on this location at all. I have nothing good to say as my experience has been the worst! I would recommend going to anyone except this location. No excuse for terrible any lazy results. I took my car for a quote recently on the replacement the guy literally laughed and said "went to Eller's?" I of course didn't find the comment funny. Obviously he has had a number of corrections and complaints on this so called company. Never again will Eller's have a dime of business from me or my family. This is a true and accurate review based on my personal experience!

Very quick service + reasonably priced. We had gone to the beach and had sand everywhere and it was all taken care of! Was so happy to have the car back in amazing shape, thank you!!!! 10/10 would recommend. ?
