Another T Mobile told me my phone couldn't be fixed and suggested going to Best Buy I was going there, dreading how much it would cost then saw the T Mobile on Pinnacle. What did I have to lose. But Jackson was great! Took the time to figure it out and got all my contacts and photos back. I so appreciated his help. This Grandma couldn't have been treated better ?”

“By far the best game store I have ever been to. I was on my way to buy a new game & ended up running out of gas. & the store was getting ready to close. So I called the store & told the clerk what game I was coming to buy, & asked if he could have it ready & if he would wait on me. I pulled in at like 1min after their closing time, ran in & bought my game & was on my way home in just a couple min. Awesome staff!”

“I purchase phone for myself July 30, 2023 and purchase phone for my wife November 30, 2023 from employee Brian. 5 star experience doing business with him.A week or so after i purchased my phone i was having issues with phone and went back ro store and Shane assist me . 5 star experience doing business with him as well. My wife was having issues with her phone so we went in the store today , Brian was busy with other customers. Shane said Brian would be busy with the customers for a long time and offered to help us which ge did. He solved the issue in a very timely manner and ask if there was anything else he could help with. Excellent services”
