Went couponing here today and cashier insisted I had to add more items to my total because I hadn't meet the 25$ threshold my math before coupons or store discounts 26.45. the coupon clearly states 5 off 25 y was I made to add 5$ worth of items to be able to use the 5 off 25. The coupon should state 5 off 30$ purchase.

The older lady working night shift was extra rude to my child. I didn’t get her name, but kids are kids and mine aren’t unruly. We were just laughing and having a good time and she had to be so rude and judgey

This location is the worst place to do any couponing or any shopping. They do not discount items as they should be or as the signs state. You will be charged whatever it’s rung up and then just told sorry and they don’t fix it. They have no empathy for anything they mess up on and can care a less if they customer is happy or not even when the customer is right! I highly recommend NOT shopping here at all. You will be overcharged for anything that’s even marked as a discount EVERYTIME!

I spend a lot of money in these stores every week and save my 5$ coupons for Saturday just for the rude guy in this store to accuse me of copying the coupons! I have never been so humiliated in my entire life!! This honest person will never give dollar general stores one more penny of my money. That is the rudest person I have ever had to face.

My husband went over , there was hardly anything on the shelves. The large guy behind the counter told him that they were only taking exact cash, we pay for everything with debit card! When my husband advised I only have our debit card, the cashier told him if you don't like it you can go somewhere else. My husband left the buggy setting and left. Very very unprofessional. The cashier could have explained the reason they could only take exact cash. But instead told him to go somewhere else. Store has closed several times for understaff, if he talks to other employees like he did my husband it is no wonder they don't have a staff.

(Probably my favorite out of the local dollar generals.)Updated review-it used to be my favorite, now I only stop here if I have to. The employees are very slow at the register and always seem depressed and to dislike their job. The shelves are always empty now but there are plenty of boxes and carts of things sitting absolutely everywhere. Honestly just a disappointing place to go now.

I was in the store shopping today and a young man named Chris helped me find what I was looking for. He was very professional, and the nicest young man I've met in a long time. Thanks for hiring him he definitely does his job well. Will be back to shop here more often.

Store used to be convenient and our go to stop for the forgotten things. The past couple months not so much. Every time you go there is a couple of employees horsing around instead of concentrating on the customer and the register always breaks. long lines and lots of trash in the parking lot.
