Closed at 1:00pm on a Saturday? Not good. Multiple customers waiting at the door wondering why you all are closed. Maybe they close for lunch breaks? That's fine and totally understandable. Most places do that now However, put a sign on the door stating you're closed for lunch and will return at an appointed time. If not on lunch that is unbelievable and highly unacceptable to close your store on a weekend at 1pm. I was actually coming to open two lines through this company because I've heard good things, but this is concerning. And not to mention you may lose customers this way.

When it comes to the wireless program its great. But i deice 45 minutes only to find out that the store is randomly closing at 4 instead of 8. And this is listed no where. If youre going to close your story 4 hours early, at least put it on the website

WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE CRICKET AT EXIT 7. I SPENT $600 YESTERDAY ON PHONES. THE SCREEN PROTECTOR WAS CRACKED THIS MORNING FROM WHERE THE GIRL PUTTING IT ON YESTERDAY HAD TO PULL IT BACK UP SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE SHE COULDN'T GET IT IN PLACE. WHEN SHE WAS PUTTING IT ON. I TOOK IT BACK IN, JAMES, THE RED HEADED GUY WORKING THERE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND SAID IT WAS MY PROBLEM. IF I WANTED TO GIVE HIM $20 MORE HE WOULD REPLACE IT OTHERWISE TO BAD. THIS IS LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!
