I loved this place! I got a gaming pc from Aaron’s and it stopped working due to a virus and I went and got it checked out from Aaron’s and they didn’t do jack squat! But when I went here they redownloaded windows and told me that Aaron’s must have stole my cpu!! currently going here from now on!!

When I first moved to the area, somebody referred me to Computer Pros when I had an issue with my computer. I attempted to purchase a very expensive system, but was told by the store owner that I could very easily have my old computer updated (so that it would be able to perform the exact same functions... at the exact same speed as the expensive system) but that it would only cost me 1/3rd the amount of $$$ that the more expensive system woulda cost me! These people are as honest & ethical as they come... and highly-skilled when it comes to their service. - Matt Clay

They did an amazing job with my PC. I brought it in for heating issues and was constantly called and kept in the loop with what was going on. I said many times I was willing to upgrade the cooling unit and they were able to fix it (thermal pasting issue) without any new hardware. They defiantly were not looking to up sale me or sell anything I didn't need. 10/10 recommending to others I know.

I have been a long time customer at Computer Pros. Technicians are well knowledged and their customer services skills are TOPS in the industry where most of us don’t talk tech talk. Whether it’s repair, new sale or used-they always certain to hook me up with computer to service my needs. Always courteous and prices are fair. Almost 30 yrs and several transactions, I have always been satisfied. You guys ROCK!

polite and speedy, but i think they may have misdiagnosed and also definitely messed up my graphics drivers on my pc, still haven’t been able to fix it. will not return.

Excellent service affordable and capable people. I have had computers serviced there and purchased 2 laptops from them over the years. Nice people who have always been good to me!! If you need computer help or to purchase something I cannot recommend them enough!

I had a laptop die before I could back up all my files. I was working on a writing deadline and had to have the data pulled so I could give it to a publisher. Because it was such a serious problem, Computer Solutions techs got right to work and put my files on a portable drive. Backup to the cloud was done, too. What a relief. I asked how much it would take to repair the laptop, even though I had already purchased a new one so I could keep working; because the fan for my laptop could be removed without replacing the motherboard, it was a relatively cheap repair. The old laptop is our family spare, and it runs like new. I'm very pleased with the professionalism and expertise of the folks at Computer Pros. I won't hesitate to call on them again if I have a computer problem, and I have been telling my friends and family that my experience with these folks is hands-down five stars all the way.

I recently took my son's pc to UBREAKIFIX for repairs, which was a total waste of time and money. I then took it to Computer Pros, and we're back in business, no problem. Hard to believe there could be that much difference between one place and another on something that was probably a relatively easy fix, but it was like night and day. It won't be hard to decide where to go next time!
