Had my windshield replaced. Total time estimated was 1 hour. Thereof 30 minutes for labor installing the windshield, and 30 minutes for checking, and possible recalibration of the camera.\nBristol Auto Glass charged me $250 for the recalibration process, which took a maximum of 30 minutes.\nThat’s an hourly rate of $500!\nThey said that’s what businesses charge around here.\nThis is outrageous!.\nStay away from this business

This place is horrible. Do not use. First appointment they came to my home and the technician broke the new windshield by dropping his tools on it. The second appointment I went into the shop and they told me the new windshield was scratched. Third appointment I waited all day to see where they were and I finally called and got the same B.S. that the new windshield was scratched.

Windshield was more affordable than other places I looked, the service was quick and the staff were very nice. I highly recommend this business

I took my car in because the windshield would not come clean on the inside. I went in thinking I needed a new windshield but the guys there were able to clean the windshield and it look like brand new. Very quick, very friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
