Provided excellent repair service. Manager spent time explaining how repair was conducted. Estimate included some parts, which were not needed once the bumper cover was removed, and were returned and total cost was reduced. Would definitely use their service again.

Long wait to get checked in. I needed the diagnostic done for transmission shifting issue. Guy calls back and says diagnostic test says you need new transmission and timing chain! SMH! Only 109k miles? Hmm? Anyways had to ask for the actual codes, it was not on the repair ticket. Apparently, you don't get the codes unless you ask...dude had to go to the back to ask the mechanic...he comes back with some scribbled down codes??? #WTH #$110 #billgatton #ripoff

Can not say enough about these fine folks they did a "AMAZING" job on my 07 Mazada 3. I highly recommend Bill Gatton Collision for all your autobody needs. They were very patient considering the night mare my insurance company put me thru.
