Exchange was done incorrectly (I called the 800 number to verify), and I was charged “price difference” from sale price… the policy states that an even exchange should be done based on sticker price. That in addition to the rudeness of the associate (Sam) helped me make the decision to drive a bit farther to Johnson City for future purchases.

I ❤️ this place. The one at The Pinnacle, in Bristol TN, is my favorite store and ppl! They do not make commission but still so eager to help you! They get to know u by a 1st name basis and know what u like!

Great service. No clearance stuff in store though even though I could have ordered it for pick up???? That was confusing but I didn't open my mouth cause it can be snappy sometimes.

Friendly workers here. I didn't feel like they pressured...cause sometimes people ask over and over if you need help and it feels uncomfortable...but not here. I did have some questions and I received my answers quickly and thoroughly.
