Went with my son and grand daughter. Very nice store. Staff was polite and helpful. Prices were reasonable. Love that they carry some Cabelas stuff,its always been my favorite. Store is very well kept, mens rest room was clean and parking was great. I will return to this one(Bristol). However, i do also enjoy the 1 in Sevierville and would love to see one in Asheville,nc. A Cabelas here would be a dream come true.

We originally were going to buy our boat from this Bass Pro. They were pretty apathetic during the process and certainly weren’t willing to help us buy the boat. It felt like they didn’t care to give us any type of customer service. I realized how little they were providing us when we went to Foothills Marine in Morganton NC. The folks there treated us so well. They mocked up our garage on the sales floor to ensure it would fit and they were helpful and kind. Bass Pro barely let us borrow their tape measure to measure the boat. If you’re looking for a tracker brand boat (t16 etc)Foothills carries them too and they will treat you well.

Bought a kayak from here and was told they have a "60 day" return policy. Went to return it the very next morning. (The reviews for the kayak were HORRIBLE! I should have checked that before purchasing. My fault there...) When trying to return it, we were told their policy was "no returns if it had touched water". Nothing about that was mentioned during purchase. It was on the water probably less than 10 minutes. They did agree to finally refund the purchase after much debate and speaking with upper management. The store manager was very rude to my son!! So make sure you get all the fine print of their policies before purchase to save you the headache.
