Beside the code issue with the gate everything else was great. I sat outside the gate one day for 20 minutes and nobody answered. And I was told we have to be at the gate to get temp code.

If I could give no stars I would, but that's not an option. They gave me the wrong size storage unit. This occurred on 2-16-24. It's 3-9-24 still not resolved. I have called daily (no exaggeration) AND STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A RETURN CALL!!!! BUT I DID GET A BILL!! FIRST MONTH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE!! SO now I have a bill due on the wrong size unit and I have never moved in....
BEWARE!!!! RUN THE OTHER DIRRECTION.
THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!!! And my contact info is correct. If you have tried to contact me did you leave a message? No you haven't, so evidently you have not reached out at all or my business is not important enough to you guys!

Gate code that I was given does not work. No one answers the phone when you call. Been trying for 2 days leaving messages and no response.
Updated: I was contacted by Justin and he was able to fix my issues. Thank you for the quick response.

Horrible location for a storage facility
No room for even a 10ft uhaul

Increased our monthly rent by an extra $20.97 without warning or explanation. We were told it would be a new recurring fee. We rented this unit in October and agreed to $194.95 on our contract and then in December they increased the (already expensive) rent "because of the economy." Really nice thing to do to people right before Christmas!! Greedy! You don't think we are struggling in this economy too?! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Also, the place is not secure. We watched homeless people with backpacks slip in through the joke of a gate.

Since new owners, prices have raised, they have problems using automatic payments therefore charging late charges.

It's a bit pricey but I like the fact that there is surveillance 24/7 and it is gated
