Randy's is always my go-to hardware store. The Bridgewater store has the most knowledgeable and helpful employees around who are always HAPPY to help me. I recently got an item there that I needed extra of so I also went to the other hardware store in town. At that store the customer service was mediocre and the exact same item was more expensive. I'd be happy to pay a bit more at Randy's because of their customer service, but instead you get it all. Hands down the best.

My husband should possibly pay Randy's rent for how often he visits,lol For us Bridgewater residents, it is super convenient having them nearby and he finds a good of materials for various jobs he needs. I use them for gardening items or UPS services, having keys made.. The nice part is that they have been consistently pleasant for all years they have been open. ?

Great selection of hardware, better than any box store. Very helpful and friendly staff. Should be everyone's "go to " stop for hardware. I'll be back !!!

Great store ! Service was amazing . The man who helped us name was Connor and he helped me find exactly what I needed and he was very knowledgeable on the subject and I was in and out just like that and he was very sweet and delightful . Definitely will be coming back!

Randy's helped me out of a bad situation! I couldn't get a patio set I got on line put together, but they said they could bail me out! You are my favorite hardware: always helpful and pleasant to deal with.
