“Every interaction has been exceptional, from the service techs identifying the issue with our gas logs to delivery drivers and office staff. I used to think I had to be a member to access this service but they treat customers who aren’t co-op members better than most places ever treat members. Outstanding locally owned and operated business that supports other local businesses!”

“I love this tractor supply. The people here are awesome. They’ve accommodated cutting it close to closing to obvious a kayak for my daughter’s birthday. They made things right when I was given the wrong gun safe (same last name as someone else who bought one), and have been the friendliest staff ever. Tiffany had the greatest attitude and April always has a smile on her face. It’s great shopping at this location. We go there all the time!”

“No reviews yet huh? I only came here because this was the only place within a 50 mile radius of Harrisonburg that sold dry ice. I went in with a cooler and I requested to get 5 pounds. The man went in and got the dry ice and came out fairly quickly. Dry ice here comes in pellets and the price isn't bad. Harris teeter sells by blocks. I had no problem here. I called them in advance to ask for the price and their hours. They don't open on weekends.”
“your worker bobo literally saved my life. i was getting attacked by seventeen pit bulls (not mr worldwide) and she defended me. they had golden claws and they were all dripped out in icy chains but she frickin picked them up and threw them into space. i was also looking for wood and she showed me where the wood was and then the pit bulls came back and she literally hit them in the face with a motherfrickin 2x4 and then used the proper work procedures to clean up the spilled blood. she was extremely helpful and very capable and you should give her a raise. (once again just to clarify i'm not talking about mr worldwide i'm talking about the dog.)”

“your worker bobo literally saved my life. i was getting attacked by seventeen pit bulls (not mr worldwide) and she defended me. they had golden claws and they were all dripped out in icy chains but she frickin picked them up and threw them into space. i was also looking for wood and she showed me where the wood was and then the pit bulls came back and she literally hit them in the face with a motherfrickin 2x4 and then used the proper work procedures to clean up the spilled blood. she was extremely helpful and very capable and you should give her a raise. (once again just to clarify i'm not talking about mr worldwide i'm talking about the dog.)”

“My husband and I bought pine straw and some other items for our yard on July 13. Customer service from the young men working in the garden part of the store that morning was excellent. They OFFERED to help us and quickly found what we needed. They OFFERED to load things for us. The three of them coordinated our purchases efficiently so we were in and out quickly. “Randy's is always my go-to hardware store. The Bridgewater store has the most knowledgeable and helpful employees around who are always HAPPY to help me. I recently got an item there that I needed extra of so I also went to the other hardware store in town. At that store the customer service was mediocre and the exact same item was more expensive. I'd be happy to pay a bit more at Randy's because of their customer service, but instead you get it all. Hands down the best.”
