Me and my friend were making our annual trip to Mt. Solon for a Bluegrass festival and on our 6 hour treck home my ETC ( red lightning bolt ) light started flashing and my car broke down. I've had a throttle issue prior and only had a temporary fix for a few months. I called this shop and spoke with a man named Kieth who was very helpful in tracking down the part I needed and calling me back while we were still stuck on the road. Their tow truck man that worked there drove us over to get food while we waited. They fixed my car in less than 3 hours and replaced the throttle body. Of course every car is different but they were able to fix mine and she didn't skip a beat the entire long ride home of 6 hours. Now I know where to send people if anyone has car trouble up in the mountains. Thank you guys for helping me out!

Had my car tires rotated here, and ended up with a bad wobble in one of my wheels. Had to re-align some wheels at home with a jack to reduce the wobble. Later to find out that one of the wheels was actually bent from being taken here. This was confirmed when I took the car in to get its tires rotated at Costco. I had no wobble issues with the car before going here.

I’m a visitor to the area who had some unexpected car trouble on Afton Mountain, and I didn’t want to try to drive back home without getting my vehicle checked out. I called BCC shortly after they opened and they were able to get me in the same day and take care of the problem in less than 2.5 hours, which is just amazing. I’m so grateful!

My tire had a slow leak. I called 5 places. Only Bridgewater Car Care answered the phone and took me the same day. They could not find the leak, and suggested the seal was bad and I should have it checked where I bought the tires. They did not even charge me for their time! I will definitely use Bridgewater Car Care again.Service: Tires

They have had my jeep for 3 months now, since the transmission went out, and it hasn't moved an inch. They claimed to have found a transmission and they needed to wait to get it out of another Jeep. Then I was told it wasn't the right kind. Then she claimed to have found one and again they needed to get it. The only time I get responses is if I show up at the shop and walk in. This is ridiculous. I leave numerous messages and no call is ever returned. I use to think these guys did a great job as they inspected and put the parts on it in February. But now that's the transmission has gone out, and the jumps and hurdles I'm going through, I will never take any vehicle or recommend them to anyone.

Very helpful and friendly people. I always go here for an inspection or an oil change, but they can do just about anything!

I was on vacation when I had a major failure with my car. Was able to limp off highway and a local told me to bring my car here. My car sat at this shop for over a month! There was some kind of problem with getting the part to repair. After I picked up the car and got on highway, I found out it still wasn’t dined correctly. Drove home with a terrible vibration. At that point I just wanted to get home and get my car home where a competent mechanic could fix it. The repair bill from Bridgewater was very high and I expected to get my car back repaired correctly. I also wanted to comment that during the month long wait I never received any updates unless I called them. Even if I called and left a message I never got a call back.

Took car in to get air filter housing battery terminals and a crank shift position sensor and now have a cracked radiator and refuse to fix it this company is a crock. Multiple problems here before. Would not recommend whatsoever
