I and several other female customers have been repeatedly harassed by Paul at this location. Not only does he make unsolicited advances towards minors, he has recently started stalking a local Bridgewater College student. Furthermore, he was recently arrested and to my dismay was allowed back to work at this location. He has made me uncomfortable and is the reason I will no longer shop at the Bridgewater 7-eleven. If you are a young woman or girl DO NOT GO HERE.

This 7-11 is a convenient place to get fuel & a fizzy drink when I come to town to check my P.O. box. The fuel pump I usually use here works well and stays on without my squeezing the handle the whole time and no ads bark at me from the pump while I am required to attend it. The traffic light out front is a relief whenever making a left turn onto Main Street. In my experience the store is consistently clean & well organized, including the restroom. A diverse variety of customers and employees contribute to a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere where people tend to hold the door for one another, smile, and on a really good day, laugh. I feel safe here. This little convenience store in the heart of the small town of Bridgewater is a perfect fit and I am glad it's here.

I used to frequent this 7-11 because it was close and seemingly pretty clean. Today, I tried to get lemonade from their taps, and there was a BUG LEG IN MY LEMONADE. My boyfriend tried to get root beer from the fountain drinks, and there were light brown, hard chunks of some mystery material floating on the top. Disgusting.

I really wish I could put a negative 28 on your site, Paul and all the other staff have done awesome, that little chick that works overnights has problems reading, listening, following directions. Etc. she’s disappointing to your team. She seems like she hates her job, life, team. She doesn’t know how to do the job requirements for that position and it was a horrible decision on the 711 hiring crew. This needs to be fixed. She’s messed several orders up. This location needs to switch her locations or terminate her, send her to counseling…anything.EDIT ; they copied and pasted their response to my comment. Now we really GOT BEEF.

The 7-Eleven and Exxon Mobil combo in Bridgewater is really nice with a wide variety of food, beverage, and convenience items. They even have a section with local spirits to buy and devour after you get home from a long days work. The young man and woman working on 01/13/23 at 8pm were some of finest and kindest people working in customer service and I think they should be recognize for it. Thank you for being so patient with me at the register. The store is modern style, sleek and clean.

I have been a regular customer every weekend due to my job being close but after today I'll be finding me another 7/11. I have noticed over the last few month a decline in fresh coffee and choices but today the only choice was decafe. It's not like the place was busy today either and if I could give less than 1 star I definitely would

Used my mobile app to but my stuff, scanned my phone at the kiosk thing, went to my car to only have the employee come running out of the store flagging me down to tell me that the manager had sent her out accusing me off not paying. The employee asked for my receipt to prove I had paid. So, then I had to try and find my receipt in my recent transactions. Typically this wouldn't have bothered me, but then food I bought was TOTALLY disgusting. Maybe if the manager spent more time on her appearance (looked like a total slob) and keeping the food fresh (pizza was rock hard and could hardly bite it), and trying to make me look bad since 2 police officers had just walked into the store, and then total lack of professionalism this just might have been the worst I have ever been treated by one of your stores.

The memories here, wow. Now you may be thinking, its just a simple 7 eleven in rural Virginia, but yet, here you are; I hope you enjoy as you read.A couple years ago, my friends and I embarked on what would become one of my favorite traditions- wheeling flagpole knob. For the sake of this review, I won't ingress into the plethora of stories that encompass my time with good friends at and around what we affectionately call "The Knob", as the time provided to me now would not allow me to fully or adequately retell these experiences. Therefore, I will remain solely devoted to this particular location. After all, that is my goal here. Like I said, bi-yearly, if not yearly, my friends and I make our way up to Harrisonburg, not to observe a football game at James Madison University, as other hooligans our age might want to, but to fully immerse ourselves into the wild of what could be considered the Appalachian mountains. Prior to entering said mountains, we always make a quick but thorough stop at this 7 Eleven, where we stock up on the essentials. Usually this includes drinks, ice, and trash bags. They always have what we need. Some might drive by and see an ordinary gas station. We see the last outpost of civilization, if you will; the final light before complete darkness, or the other way around, depending upon your perspective on the benefits of nature. Thanks :)

I heard that the store had recently went downhill but I see the same building so I didn't notice the difference yet. I hope that my experience tonight was not a representation of what I have heard. 12/15/21, 9:30 at night and the milk I mistakenly purchased which was behind others because I never buy the front one was dated 12/14/21. Gross. I just have never seen a store sell spoiled milk but I just lost $4 for 1/2 gallon of milk so lesson learned but I don't want others to make the same mistake or worse, make their families sick! And the store will not answer the phone.

Went to get hot chocolate and pushed the button and all that came out was hot water. Then went and got coffee instead and it was old and was horrible.

The gas pumps never work ??♀️ I’ve been there several times since they’ve “installed” new pumps and each time the pumps aren’t working
