I love the staff and give them kudos for remaining organized and calm during a power outage, this afternoon.
Unfortunately, the wind was so bad that it knocked the power out in the little town of Brandy Station. There were many families enjoying time and the excitement with their respective littles, but after a few flickers, the sound of several blowers went silent.
The two staff members on duty quickly accounted for all bodies in the building to ensure safety and, after realizing the electricity was not coming back on, evacuated everyone except for me my special needs daughter as we needed to wait for Daddy to come pick us up.
To help my daughter stay calm, one of the young ladies brought my daughter a few party favors and a helium balloon. I can't thank her enough for her understanding.
We will be back as I know we are in good hands as well as having a good time.

Nice cozy place, specially in the play area. They need to pay close attention to the Max Capacity, visited for a birthday party, the place was fun but very, very crowded. I looked for postage on capacity, wasn’t able to find one! Overall, great place! The little one has fun!

Went with my 3 year old daughter on a monday for a daddy daughter date, not knowing they were closed. The owner was there setting up xmas stuff. She turned on the bounce houses and let us have the place to ourselves.Had a great time. Customer service was awesome. Highly recommend.

Had my son’s 2nd birthday party here and it was amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful and the room was great and would definitely go here again or have another birthday party here!

Very nice and clean. My kids ages 4 and 9 had a blast. The place is much bigger than it looks in the pictures.

Visiting from out of town. Perfect place to let the kiddos burn their energy! ? ?The staff was very nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend and would be a returning customer if we lived in this area.
