I came to this Verizon store in despair thinking my new iphone15 pro max was broken beyond repair. Jannat assured me that she could fix it. She was the most polite salesperson that I have come across in a very long time. She fixed it and explained to me what the issue was. I left the store happy and satisfied with her professional assistance. Thanks again Jannat.

For context, I'm an executive and normally don't have time to write reviews but do appreciate people who wrote reviews. I chose to switch to Verizon and had issues with paying for the order online so I came to this location. The guy named Cameron helped us with placing the order but he never said anything about his store is not corporate store so you would have to pay extra for the devices (we have 8 devices so the extra was over $100). Anyway, I don't like the fact that no one from that store said anything about that extra charges until I asked about it. At the end, I didn't order anything from them. I don't like to do business with people not telling the truth from the beginning. Stay away.

I ordered a phone online, the associate canceled my order without providing a reason. This locked my upgrade ability and I couldn’t then use my upgrade because my Verizon account already showed my upgrade being used even thought that order was canceled. I went to this location and and was told nothing could be done to help me. I think in future, if an action is going to be taken on an order that can affect a customers account, maybe call that customer and set expectations or offer a solution rather than being dismissive.

Its a cell service store. WHO LIKES STANDING FOR A LONG TIME WHILE NOTHING HAPPENS? Its not verizon, just the cell stores as a whole.

Last night I went in at 7:15 wanting to add a line to my service. I checked google before I left to make sure of their closing time which said 8 pm. I walk in the door and the person there said because it was so slow and he was the only person there he was closing early. As I'm walking out he says I can come back tomorrow to which I replied, not a chance in hell.

I highly recommend this Verizon store. The service was excellent. Went into get a replacement phone and throughout the process they were friendly, helpful, and ended up saving me money. Really great experience.

Stopped in today to check if I was overpaying for my Verizon wireless. I walked out with a new plan and a substantial lower monthly fee. The gentleman who helped us was extremely helpful and most important very knowledgeable.

Justin worked hard to help me out switching over to Verizon. Very knowledgeable young man, polite, happy to help and willing to go back at a problem the next day. In the end Ashe said the service came to life later, it just took some time. Would go back there any day to ask him questions and to but from him.
