I checked it online today and told to wait 40 minutes. Left the store came back 20 minutes later sat down to waited with two kids After being passed up by at least two walk-ins.i told them we were leaving and didn’t plan on coming in again.

I have been visiting Great Clips at Brambleton from the past one year. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. They shouldn't be allowed to have scissors in their hands. They hacked my hair and gave me the worst haircut of my life. I had to wear a hat for weeks. I showed the lady a picture of a modern pompadour. She took the sides up high and didn't account for any blending. I told her only a little off the top. She took a chuck off the top back right that was about 2-3 inches leaving about 1/2 inch. I told her to stop and no more off the top. I would have ended up with a buzz cut.

I took my daughter for her haircut. I specifically mentioned the length and my concerns. Before the haircut i showed the coupon and the hair dresser said it will work. She started brushing her hair very roughly. My daughter patiently got her tangles out but the way she was doing it definitely was VERY rough. She chopped off her hair, above the length that was mentioned. Her hair are very uneven. I willPost the pictures for the proof. After the haircut when I mentioned my concerns and asked her for her name. She said "YOU DONT NEED TO KNOW MY NAME" very rudely. I showed the coupon to which she said it wont work on this location. I showed the coupon on the first place otherwise i would have just went to my personal hairdresser and would never have made the mistake of coming here. After inquiring i found her name is LEE. So everyone please be careful, no need to walk in bad experience like I did and that too for my daughter.

This is our go to place and we always ask for Lily Nguye. She is patient and does a very thorough job. I take my son who is 7yrs old and she is really patient with him as well.
