I have been a patient for 15 years. Over the past two weeks I have been trying to schedule an appointment using my chart and call in. I have been on hold at least three times for more than 20 minutes and not gotten through.

Giving this a one star even though it should be a negative zero. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, and the radiologist who diagnosed my mom tried to get in contact with her doctor here at brambleton. No one got back to my mother to let her know she had breast cancer here. My mom had to seek out answers and the radiologist said “no one called me back to talk about your results in fact I couldn’t even track them down.”SERIOUSLY. My mom would have never known if she had relied on Dr. Wilder’s office. Gross. Then my mom was so upset she asked Dr. Wilder why she didn’t plan on returning her and the radiologists calls but then she was promptly asked to not come back as a patient. she was diagnosed with BREAST CANCER. I mean seriously? Not a care in the world from them.These reviews really do tell how crooked ya’ll are.Patients, please go somewhere else that care for you, and that go above and beyond to really care for your health. You’re not just a money bag, you matter and there are so many doctors who will be that for you.

I got fed up with this Family practice who all they care about is the making profit and don't care one bit about the patient . and that is why I'm firing them as my primary care. I been going to them for over four years and for the longest time they been wanting me to come every three months just to get refills. It's extremely frustrating having to go see the Doctor for less than five minutes so they could turn around and bill the insurance company over four hundred dollars each time. I would never go back.

Had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Lindsey P. Unlike many doctors I visited in the past, she didn’t rush me, was very attentive, took her time to explain and provided excellent care.I’d highly recommend her for medical needs.She’s the best!

I have seen an improvement in customer service, responsiveness, and service over the last six months so I am updating my review to 4 stars.I had concerns regarding administrative services and the way that refills are done. On the other hand, I continue to enjoy and like my relationship with Dr. Yang and the care that he provides. However, if the services continue to deteriorate, I may have to identify a new practice.

I've been a patient here for about 5 years, but no longer. I was walking in and saw a sign that said I must ewar a mask. I went backk to my car, walked back in and waited 10 minutes for use of the kiosk. They then told me I was too late for my appointment. They watched me stand there for 10 minutes. NO HELP!!Prior to that I wasited 45 minutes before approaching the desk. I was told they didnt have me registered for my appointment, even though I paid the co-pay at the kiosk. They told me to be sure to check in at the desk. When I do that the desk tells me I don't need to do that.,Today was the last straw.

Worst family practice. For past many years I have been asking to see a doc, they always have me and my family see a nurse practitioner. I again asked today and they said since I have not seen a doc they consider me a new patient. I am ok with Nurse practitioner sometimes but I do not pay thousands of dollars to see a Nurse. I have decided to not to go here again. I think they may not have enough doctors available anymore but they should fix that problem if not stop this branch.

I have been a patient here at the Brambleton office for over 6 years now. This practice is by far one of the best in the area, and Dr. Fox has provided great care for me over the years.

The person at the front desk with the blonde curly hair with the bottle that says "I'm really good at what I do" is an appointment "goalkeeper" who is prejudiced and purposefully turns people away for seemingly no reason.It's almost like they get a kick or reward out of it. I've had happen at Brambleton THREE times now, two times while fasting, and just watched her let someone through the door who said she was there to work without checking credentials (after interrupting another woman working up front with dark hair who was actually attempting to check her id and wanted to call the back to verify).Additionally while waiting (I was left sitting for a LONG time) a father and son came in asking for walk in availability, and the individual was extremely rude telling him "we haven't had walk-ins for 3 years - go to Ashburn". The little boy asked his dad what happened and he said " they don't want to help us here bud".Why not use your same judicial powers to verify what matters - not someone who was 7 minutes late who is there for preventative treatment, flu shot and has been fasting to get blood work - better off at the DMV with this attitude.The other (nice) dark haired lady assured me I could be seen, checking me in with insurance, etc - after leaving me sitting for over 30 minutes- the curly haired blonde comes and whipsers to her after she looked at me and pulled up my chart, and she waved me to the front just to tell me I'm too late and can't be seen- AGAIN.This is the only time I've ever been waiting over a year for a physical because I can't make it past the lobby to be seen . This is beyond outrageous and clearly other reviews are showing a terrible pattern in which patients are apparently an inconvenience here.If you hate what you do, quit and allow someone who actually cares about patients who need healthcare!!!! WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW PRACTICE - this is UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT!

I If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I was their patient for over ten years. I don’t offer go to the doctor, but I called today; they just kicked me out because I was not using them enough. Crazy! So if you are healthy, you can’t keep your doctor?! Unbelievable. Zero files or medical history transfer has been offered. It is a joke, not a medical practice.
