“Joe really stepped and went way out of his way when my car developed problems in Southern Virginia last Saturday. Idiot lights indicating "Hot automatic transmission oil" suddenly appeared after 1-1/2 hours of driving north on I-95. Naturally, I pulled over to the side of the road and began calling people. It was early Saturday morning, and most places were closed. But I was fortunate that one of my calls went to Joe, and he picked up and talked me through the options. He spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, even though he knew that I was out of his service area and that he was basically volunteering his time. He gave me useful advice, which really calmed my nerves.(Here's how it all turned out...An hour after I started driving again, the idiot lights came back on, so I felt that I had no choice but to get it serviced in order to continue on my trip. But I succeeded in arriving at my destination in time after all, which was the main thing.)I will always be grateful to the honest mechanic who took precious time out of his day to lend help and encouragement to a stranded traveler. Thanks, Joe!”
“This man is a saint and an answer to my prayer. Driving from Atlanta to Rhode Island for work, I got a flat. The company car I was driving was not fitted with the right jack or wrench to lift the car up or take the rims off. I called Gary and he stopped what he was doing to help me on the highway. He arrived shortly after the call, lifted the car, and changed the flat with the spare tire in a matter of 5 mins. I went to go pay him and he refused. I told him my company is a Christian company and we believe in helping people and he said he was a Christian too and helping people is what God called us to do. The gratitude I have for him is more than he will ever know. ❤️”

“In town this week on a vacation and I made a goofy mistake and needed to take my car somewhere. I drove around to look for a place nearby and came across River Ridge. Really nice people. They didn't try to rip off an outsider and charged me a fair price for what I needed. I appreciated the quick service, despite the number of cars they were dealing with today so that I can leave by tomorrow morning. Hopefully I won't need to be back again when we are down here again but if we do need auto service in the area, we now know who we can go to. Thanks so much.”
