Stood at register for approximately 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged our existence. 4 people working and not even a "We will be with you shortly". So we walked out. Went across the street to the Sheetz and got service almost immediately.

Horrible service ! Recently installed kiosk and after standing at the counter for several minutes I was directed to use the kiosk. Once there I was struggling to locate my regular sandwich and customizing it, the staff was standing around just talking and joking around but no one would even offer to assist. What in the world are those who are not very good with technology? Then I leave and go through drive through only to hear them still laughing and playing around and you guessed it my order was incorrect!!!

2 employees in store which totally ignored me. The counter had a sign saying to use the kiosk at the door. The kiosk was turned off. A second kiosk was nearby but not obvious. I went back to counter again only to be ignored again. I finally asked an employee about kiosk and he pointed to second kiosk. (The second kiosk was not visible because other confused patrons were standing in front of it). The kiosk had some donuts listed that were not available on the shelf. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE.

The worst dunkin in the world literally all I walked in for was a small black coffee you would think it would take 30 seconds first I was ignored standing at the counter for a few minutes while I watched the girl cluelessly walk around after acknowledging me she attempts to ring up the easiest order you could possibly give someone she completely messes it up puts an order for over $700 worth of coffees so I say hey you know what I’ll just check out at the kiosk since after 3-4 minutes there was no solution and what would you know both are broken so I walk back to the counter and try to get someone’s attention the original cashier looks at me and turns around immediately to avoid me completely then another girl comes up and with attitude decides to tell me well our computer is frozen you’re just gonna have to wait. What a joke just sad pathetic. Train your employees better and stop giving worthless people jobs

Very sporadic when they offer “hot food”. Some days they do and some days they don’t. You won’t know until you’re in line and ordering. Unfortunately, if this is in the drive trough you’re stuck if someone is behind you. I’d avoid it.

This is a joint Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins. There is no longer counter service, at least at the time I was there. They have 'kiosk' ordering, but I saw no options for ice cream. The ice cream has always been good, but the donut selection is meh, and only fresh in the morning.

My mother and I drove in from Fairfax to have a nice drive, decided to stop at the drive thru for a coffee. I ordered a decaf medium coffee, a pumpkin spice latte with skim milk no whipped cream. I drove around the building and parked to wait for my mom who went into said store to use the restroom. When she tasted her coffee she said it was bitter tasted nothing like pumpkin. We opened it and it looked like a cappuccino with foam on top. I tasted my coffee and it had what i suspect was sugar instead of Splenda and had no toasted almond flavor. I told the woman at the window of the mistake and a young woman with red hair told me that I didn't have to be rude about the mistake. BOTH employees began cackling and laughing, slammed the window and started to remake the drinks. I decided to get a refund due to their mocking behavior. The younger girl with red hair sarcastically expressed joy and slammed the window to process my request. As she handed my money and told me to have a blessed day, I hurled the change at her and drove away. I was absolutely furious, pulled over called corporate and laid it all out. By the time I got home I had a message from corporate who promised to check the cameras and identify the employees who couldn't perform basic tasks properly. I'm tired of paying money for wrong drinks, cold food and crappy attitudes! I hope they fire these creeps. Every person who drives through pays their salary and yet employees think it's okay to serve wrong orders then mock and laugh at the customer when you should've shut your mouth, apologized and remade the coffee. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODO NOT GO HERE. Go to the McDonalds next door like we did and we enjoyed hot, delicious coffee they was served CORRECTLY WITH A SMILE!!

They eliminated the person that takes orders behind the counter. Whoever is behind this decision needs to be fired and publicly shamed.

Was just there…waited more then 5 mins in the drive thru with no one in front of me. Just drove away!!! This location is by far the worst in the area. This isn’t the first time I left there totally unsatisfied…should be the last time…and I’m a daily visitor
