Moved here two years ago and the mail in this area is so slow. I get my mail at least two weeks late sometimes. Makes no sense this is 2023 and the system is so antiquated. We need to do something about this.

This post office can do passports and what a relief. No long lines for passport service and they are so helpful. They made renewing passports so easy and they were the best. They even looked over some renewal paperwork just to make sure it was correct. The granddaughter had to see them in person because she was under 16 when she got her first one. They made her experience enjoyable and easy. I can't thank them enough for their help.

The ppl that work there are nice and helpful. The issue I have is they are always short on staff .I'm mean always . And this means that alot of mail doesn't get posted on time . Then you have too wait until the next day around 12 . I think p.o boxes should be done first we pay for this Service .and shouldn't have to wait all day .

Do not get your passport done here they are improperly trained. Ours was sent back and the refused to take accountability for a mistake THEY made with the pictures and then refused to pay for the shipping back.

Brad was super helpful in doing passports today. I called ahead of time and he let me know everything that I needed. I'm glad that I gave this post office our service and thank you for all that you do! Your patience and kindness was incredible even when it started to get busy.

A post office is a post office not necessarily so never had bad service here folks are always friendly if you have questions or need advice about the town or need information directions they are more than happy to help so happy to have a post office in the area

The business district of Bowling Green is only about a block long. You'll find the post office off Main Street on Milford Street, across from the State Police Office and adjacent to John's Barber Shop. Yes, it's a little like the town of Mayberry! I was surprised that this post office is larger than most with a community of this small size. There's a decent sized parking lot, the interior could definitely use a facelift! It definitely has a musty, old odor! They offer passport service here, again, unusual for a quaint town like this. I hope you're not in a hurry to get your passport either, not all staff is trained for this service. If you make an appointment, you'll have better luck! The hours are 8:30-1, 2-5 M-F, and 9:30-12:00 on Saturday. Expect mediocre service, long waits and blasé personalities. The folks here aren't crazy about their jobs. Nothing to "write home about."

I could write how bad my experience Today but was long story. Morning 10.00. Nov.25. Ive never deault with a lady so mean and rude to people in my life and I've seen rude. You might want to think about the people you hire. As a paying customer you should have someone that's willing to help people. I'm not the only one. She was standing there while people during the holidays need help but she just laughed bc me and 2 other people couldn't figure out how to send our items back. Their was no one in line just us asking for help but to her it was a joke.
