I took in two medical bracelets to be sized last November. Finally got one back in January of 2024 and it fell apart in less then a day. Called the jewler there told him about it and asked if he had the other bracelet ready yet and how bad u needed it. He told me it would be done the following week,he promised it would be ready. It wasn't,gave him another month. I called him and he told me he'd been to busy to work on it that he would call me the next day because he'd work on it that night. Never called. This went on until last week when I went in again to see if it was ready and it wasn't,he couldn't even find it. It took him 35 minutes to finally find it and he had a hundred excuses. I finally just told him I wanted my bracelet back and he got an attitude with me was extremely rude telling me to take it he was done. I normally keep my mouth shut. I don't like to talk bad about anyone or their business but this guy is unorganized and rude and does crappy work. I highly recommend NOT going into this store unless you want to be treated like your business doesn't matter and have months and months to wait then still not have a satisfactory outcome.

This place is amazing ! Thank you so much for fixing my grandmother's ring. Just so many words I can't find right now ! I will refer people to you thank you again so much. The shank was thin and was broken. He fixed it like brand new and sized it and cleaned it .

My fiance got my engagement ring from here a year ago and it was perfect. My ring has been resized by the owner and it was a perfect fit after it was done. We plan on getting our wedding bands from here as well?

I love Todd, the owner. He's wonderful and so honest and helpful. Never tries to rip you off and has great knowledge and ideas if you're looking to design your own engagement ring and or jewelry. Plus it's a small business and I support that more than commercial companies.

Even though it's a small town Jeweler I live TINDERS. Todd has a variety of things to choose from if not he can order it for you. He does repairs in a timely manner I love visiting and talking to Todd. I also love his jewelry and how honest and fair he is . Don't look forward to the day he retires although he certainly deserves it

I have taken a few pieces of jewelry to get repaired, cleaned, and sized. I have always received service that goes above and beyond! The owner is super friendly, and you can tell he loves what he does! He takes time to make sure he does the absolute best job. I have found a jeweler I will use for the rest of my life, I highly recommend.

My stone had fallen out my engagement ring, he was able to order a new one and put in it quickly! its absolutely beautiful! its actually better than when I had orginally got it! he also called to make sure that i liked it, being that I am in Richmond and my father took it to him!
