The air conditioning in my 2013 Toyota Corolla was not working strongly enough. With this current heat wave and more to come with summer here, I needed to have the car evaluated ASAP as I travel frequently out of state, & travel with my dog. So I can’t have the dog in a hot car! Expert Auto Fit me in quickly and solved the mystery of the failing AC. There was an abandoned mouse nest in the cabin filter! The little critters were gone, but they left behind a mess! Airflow had been severely diminished because of mama mouse‘s choice of nest location! Kudos to Expert Auto! Thank you! Now I have the coolest Corolla on the road!

Honda Civic/Toyota Camry
Expert Auto is amazing! They do things in a timely manner. Their prices are more than fair. They are upfront on how long repair will take, exactly what is wrong. I routinely &(unexpectedly) have had to take 2 of my vehicles to them several times & I will NOT trust any other shop at this point to touch my cars. I highly recommend Expert Auto even for an oil change.

I would give 0 stars if possible 1 is too much. Stay away from these guys. They charged us $375 for a censor when we told them it was fuel pump. They said truck is ready so we went to get a pizza 12 minutes away a broke down in middle of road. So add another $200 wrecker bill now we are $575 in hole an still broke down. On top of I have cream color ceiling a visor they got grease all over that. Worst experience dealing with a shop.
