I booked in advance for a pre-purchase inspection before travelling hours to get to a car dealer nearby, bringing the car I wanted to buy to them, only to get them to refuse to work on it until the following week.

The women in office is very rude and inconsiderate. They also charge outrageous prices after they get paid by the state to pick up a wreck and make money of the salvaged vehicle. Would give negative stars if I could.

I was traveling and had something go wrong with my car in Ruther Glen. I had no idea where I was and didn't know anyone. Eddie came to my location... Not only was he extremely friendly... He opened my hood ... And was able to show me what to do to get home. I'm very thankful.

I was off one day, called and made an Appt. for an Inspection. Appt. set up, and no more than 10 minutes later I had a cancelation at work, so I called and asked if there was time that afternoon. Told to be there by 4. So smooth, so easy going, Inspection in and out. I will be taking my Car repairs to them, I trust this business and appreciate the help. So many Inspection Stations won't set an Appt., 1st come, 1st serve motto. Then you wait for it seems like hours, and not very personable. These People are! That in my book goes a looong way!
