“I was traveling and had something go wrong with my car in Ruther Glen. I had no idea where I was and didn't know anyone. Eddie came to my location... Not only was he extremely friendly... He opened my hood ... And was able to show me what to do to get home. I'm very thankful.”

“Purchased a used vehicle last weekend. Tire pressure light came on then again a few days later. Went to get a tire plugged on my lunch hour at Winding Brook. Unfortunately for me tire could not be plugged and I needed to purchase at least 2 new ones (tires were dry rotted!) They bent over backwards to get me a great deal on four new tires. Very pleasant and very quick. Will be using them in the future for oil changes and free tire rotation!”

“My husband's car started over heating and we looked up Poplar Towing. The service we got from Shaun and Ed was amazing. They were able to get us diagnosed and back on the road to be able to travel back home. The service was great and the price was reasonable too. Perfect place to go!”

“I had to delete my first review of this place because I responded out of anger. With that said, here is my review of this shop. If it wasn’t for bad luck, I’d have no luck at all. My water pump went out on my 2014 KW with a ISX Cummins. I went to a KW dealership and picked up the pump. Apparently, Cummins replaced the original water pump with a more advanced, turbine pump. Well, one of the bolts that was in the aluminum bracket stripped and had to order a new bracket which holds the alternator and air conditioner compressor. Much more labor involved including having to do a vacuum on the compressor. Then it took two days to get the new bracket. All in all, these guys have been pretty awesome! As for KW, not happy with the price of the water pump with the minting bracket. $915 not counting the NEW bracket. These guys are a God send.”
