I see a lot of horrible reviews but I’ve had never had but good experiences from this post office. Especially whoever the gentleman is that delivers our mail I wish I knew his name, he’s always very nice (he delivers a lot of packages to us lol) yeah we’ve had a couple times where things were marked as “couldn’t be delivered” but we didn’t actually get it till the next day.. but that usually only happens when it’s something that is suppose to be delivered on a Sunday and has only have like 2 or 3 times.. and I doubt it was our typical mail guy it was probably whoever was doing Sunday deliveries. I don’t know. It’s a small post office and very little staff. But not a bad thing I have to say about them.

Horrible post office. Cannot rely on service. Don't deliver packages to door. I get everyone in the neighborhood's mail and packages. Now I think we have food sitting at the Post Office...says box is full but it probably won't fit in box anyway.

This post office is the poorest example of the US Postal Service! They curtail not only first class mail but priority mail as well! They are very rude and March to the beat of a different drum. They got a pieces of priority at 7am and then Never delivered them. I will be in touch with the postal inspectors as well as Post Office Operations Manager!

I have lived in the area for over a year now. I often have to go to the post office to pick up packages. To my understanding the area is extremely short staffed and so we often do not get packages delivered to our house and have to go pick them up - even when they are small enough to fit into the mail box. This is inconvenient but understandable. My boyfriend works two jobs and is at work during all hours the post office is open all week. Because of this I always pick both of our packages up and this has never been a problem. Today I went to pick up a package and Andy, I believe his name was, was at the front. I patiently waited to be served and when I told him my address he said he didn’t have a package. I pulled up the screenshot my boyfriend sent me with the tracking number. The first time he looked it up he said it didn’t exist and then he looked it up again and said it was there. He said the notification I had received did not mean it was ready at the post office, but that amazon just scanned the package out. He said that the lady sorting packages had yet to begin at 9am and that it would be at least until 12 before it was ready. I am unsure why he was unable to go get the package, but that is besides the point. On my way out he said that I needed to bring my ID in to pick up the package. As mentioned prior I have been going to the post office for a year now. I always interact with the same man. I have only had to show my ID once shortly after moving here. I asked why and he responded “I have never seen you before”. That does not prevent you from giving me a package? Before his comment I had not told him the package I was picking up didn’t have my name on it. I said okay but i’ve been coming here for a year and the package i’m picking up is for my boyfriend? to which he responded something along the lines of which is exactly why I have to see your ID. If the address matches then I can give it to you. I totally understand following policy. I do not mind showing my ID to show that I am suppose to be picking up the package. What I don’t understand, is why does it matter if he has or has not seen me before? I have been going for a year so I know for a fact he has seen me. I have bright red hair, so I am recognizable. I also always have my ID on me, so I don’t know why he had to tell me to bring my ID in. I honestly feel as if he saw my dyed hair and piercing assumed I was there to steal someone’s package. I have been going to this post office for a year and I obviously have no choice than to continue to go to this post office to pick up my packages. I would also like to mention, he was kind to the older man in front of me and when he handed him a receipt, he asked him to fill out a survey because it would really help them out. Maybe if you were kinder to everyone coming in you would have better reviews. There is no reason to be rude to kind people trying to pick up their packages. I find it ridiculous that he said he had never seen me before. This is the exact same man I have seen for over a year. Be more kind. You don’t know what others are going through.

Has gotten to the point we know not to even expect packages to shop up when informed delivery or tracking numbers say they will. We have to go to the post office to receive our mail which quite frankly is a pain but I understand that they're under staffed. my Girlfriend went in this morning to pick up a package that was stated by both the tracking number and informed delivery that it was at the post office. When she arrived the clerk would not get the package for her because her name was not on it, she had the tracking number and has done this a dozen times in the past year, the clerk claimed to "not recognize her"... Since when is this an excuse not to do your job? I work two jobs a 9-5 and a 5-10 during all week days and am unable to get to the post office during any of there open hours, all I want is to get my packages that I order. The package now says "out for delivery" but I would bet my bottom dollar I will not receive it today. Once again, I understand being short staffed and some days it not being possible to deliver packages, but if someone shows up to pick up a package and the post office states that they have it, why can they not receive it???

I sure do miss Jon. Stopped there Saturday to get stamps, and the new guy (well never saw him before) was not the cheerful person I am use to. Also he would not take my out going mail, said I had to put it in the box outside the office. I guess so he can just pick it up later.

Typical Post Office. Very Friendly. Good Customer service. A great variety of Stamps (rolls, books, sheets), Free Shipping Supplies and Premium Shipping Supplies, Cards, and Envelopes. Easily accessible with plenty of parking when not extremely busy times. P. O. boxes to rent. Very helpful staff just ask and they will help with any shipping needs. Great service.

Having trouble getting packages delivered in the last couple of weeks. No local number to call to discuss. Regular mail shows up but packages that are supposed to be in the same delivery have gotten "returned to sender" but then show up days later or today's still shows "out for delivery ".
