RJ is rude and has absolutely zero customer service skills.. This is a trash location.. Overhead management needs to step into this location and check it out.. There isn't even AC in the building.. No wonder they only get the bottom of the barrel employees

I recently moved to this area and must say that this UPS Store is one of the highlights of my transition. They are knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and even friendly at their busiest times. I actually enjoy going to this UPS store.

James is very professional knowledgeable and courteous. The store was very clean and organized. Shipping cost are very reasonable I've done all my shipping through the UPS stores and have never had a problem.

Denise was amazing in helping me return my router to Verizon. She was familiar with returns with that company given her work and personal experience, and she provided me with clear instructions on how to obtain the information I needed to complete my return. And in handling the service, Denise was thorough, cheerful, and thoughtful of concerns I might have in the future as Verizon processed the return. She gave clear instructions on how to track the package and advised me to keep the return receipt for further reference. It was fantastic working with her to complete my return!!

When I went, there was only one person in front of me, so the process was really fast. The girl at the counter was super friendly as well.. I don't know her name, but this was March 18, 2024, at around 1130 am.

All of the personnel were kind, extremely efficient, and helpful. I was dizzy when I visited the store and they gave a seat. I have not had service like that for years. You should be proud of your employees. Give them a bonus.
