“Couldn't ask for more.He was very friendly professional.He took his time bringing it down.He brought it in carefully.Make sure nothing was gonna happen put it right where I needed it just to be able to put it on my Dolly.And basically explain to me what I could use to slide it right in and It worked all I had to do was put air in my tires for my Dolly because it was flat.But other than that, once you left, I was able to slide a 3 ton Jack right under the safe.Raise it and basically just pull it in to my house and it was really quick transaction.I appreciate it guys thanks ?”

“Great service. Been using them for a few years and they always come through. They have the systems in place to fulfill for demading amazon selling. We can always see what is happening with our orders and merchandise on their online portal. Customer service is quick to respond to our requests and have helped us when we needed inventory worked on or inspected. They even came through and got shipments to Fedex when the fedex truck was not going to come to them during a blizzard. Nice group of people who care about their work..”

“I recently visited the UPS store in Richmond. Upon entering the store, noticed a que, what came shortly apparent to me was the quality, and calming professional manner in which Paul, dealt with each individual patron. As Paul was the only postal person at that time, he offer apologies, and reassurance it shouldn't take very long, and he was right! Paul, even took time to take care of a elderly patron whom appeared to be a frequent customer. The professionalism that Paul exhibited is very rare in my opinion, for that reason I made it my business to put pen to paper and let his supervisor know how satisfied I was with his excellet customer service.”

“I want to give a 5 but can’t, yet, as a business customer. Staff is all very friendly, helpful and professional to the best of their ability. I say to the best of their ability because of what I will share below. Which is why I hope the owner reads this.
This location is in a high growth area where I assume demand for business mailboxes will increase. The store size will become a problem (is a problem during holiday periods) and the lack of store sophistication, particularly for business services, is a problem, compared to other locations.
Box renewal reminders and the ease of renewing the box annually is a challenge - really outdated process. I get phone calls but when I call back I get a busy signal often. Renewed over the phone but no method to email me a payment receipt?
Last Christmas this store was so overrun they couldn’t find one of my packages until February. Finally, I have always been able to buy stamps for business use at other UPS stores. This location never has any.”

“For line haul, this is RIC. Dispatch will send you a message on where to place the trailers during the week. Any relays should go at the other end of the dock from where you enter. Leave sets with the same terminal hooked. The office is in the middle of the dock and can be reached by a ramp. Bathrooms are across from the office, down a short flight of stairs. During the weekend, RIC freight goes in the doors. There is fuel and a scale here.”

“I had the most wonderful experience with Aisha today! I placed two online orders for my office and stopped in to pick them up. When I walked in she was immediately friendly and welcoming!! She even talked to me about the warranty for my items, which I’m beyond thankful that she did because I bought my chair online, thought about getting the warranty - didn’t and then second guessed myself and wanted to ask about adding it when I got to the store and COMPLETELY forgot until she said something! Typically I shop Amazon for my office but after my experience with Aisha and her being so knowledgeable and friendly I think I’m going to switch ? she also told me about the printer cartridge program Staples has and as soon as we run out of ink, I know where I am going!!”

“Riley was literally the most helpful assistant ever! Helped with trimming our prints, gave helpful advice on how to print cheaper (by ordering online), and, when it started pouring out, gave us a bag for our prints and some large plastic bags to use as makeshift ponchos. For the office itself, it's nice and well organized, color print quality is really good even on regular paper. First time in my life I didn't need to color correct my designs after a test print.”

“This is my favorite store. The manager himself completed my print order expediently. He is always helpful. I go there often because I do not have a printer at home.I use the copy machines, send packages, order office supplies. The Linder Chocolates at the register always “ call my name.”
The employees there are professional , competent and patient. I am an older person .My technology skills are limited. Therefore I do not use the self service option.I usually need help.
The location is very busy. Sometimes there is a wait if there are 10 or 12 customers in the store needing different services. The weight is a reasonable period of time”
“I've been a box holder here for years. I do not have anything delivered to our physical address anymore. It's comforting that my mail and packages are safe and dry rather than sitting on my porch in the weather or free for porch pirates to grab. Hervie and his crew are always super helpful and friendly.”
