“Liam and Liz went up and beyond to do the right thing for me. I was getting there at 7:31 with two packages to be delivered via FedEx and they let me in to get the package sent out on time. It was a very important package that needed to be sent so I really do appreciate them going up and beyond to let me come in to get the package sent. Thank you Liam and Liz for doing the right thing for the customer.
On a sidenote, the extra 10 minutes that took me to get there on time was taken away because the address is incorrect for the FedEx drop off and took me to the location next-door. I would say that that needs to be corrected so customers do not get impacted with this.
