Costco has really gone downhill. Too much junk food with bad ingredients. Crowded layouts and way too many people even at non peak hours. Rude employees and people walking around with no awareness or urgency. Not what it was 10 years ago

Tai the old lady that looks like a man at the exit was super rude. Apparently I wasn’t let inside the exit in preparation to facial recognition system that they will be implementing. I will cancel my membership if they implement this. Never had any issue with any other Costco and I’ve been to many!

Extremely disappointed at the rude behavior displayed by Hunter at the customer service desk. He treated my family and I like we were an inconvenience. I have been a Costco member since 2009 and this is the first time I have experienced such poor treatment.

Cheryl, I understand that you dont care for customer service and when we called asking for INSULIN refill you just barked at us "we dont have it". When we asked if another store has it in the area - you barked: I DONT WORK AT THAT STORE!
I hope you find happiness and inner peace. You obviously is full of hate. I hope you will need life or death medication in the future in your life and someone will "help" you with the same attitude. Just nasty person.

I have to say I thought the 1 star reviews are from people who are just having a bad day & need to lighten up as Costco has always been a place where the employees seem to like their jobs & do what they do. However, after my last visit I felt the same as several of the 1 star reviews. The employee's at self checkout constantly asked for Costco identification which was very annoying as we all have to use it at checkout regardless of having to identify with a Costco employee.

Love Costco, always clean stores, always helpful staff, chicken bakes remain elite, I just wish they would rotate varieties of product occasionally.
