“Friendly when I first called asking about the problem I was having. I night dropped it off. Someone was still there working after hours. He came out and spoke to us for a while (nice guy) assured us he could diagnose and fix. They were busy so it took two days for them to call with estimate. Seemed like a fair price. So we had them do the work. Turned out great.”

“I don't write reviews unless compelled by excellent customer service and here we are! Hailey went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. I had a car that had been sitting for 3 years with mold, grass, weeds etc. She admitted that the car wash would only do so much so gave me a rag and some cleaner. Additionally she let me go through the wash twice. I don't live close to this wash, but rest assured I will go out of my way to come here again.”

“I took my truck in for state inspection today and my headlights did not pass because they were too foggy. So I looked up detail shops and found concours. They were able to get me in the same day and I was in and out within an hour and my headlights look way better. I will be going back for reinspection tomorrow. Highly Recommend for headlight restoration and any other detailing needs.”

Before he started he asked me if there was anything I wanted him to focus on most. Then, he took his time and thoroughly detailed all parts, inside and out, of my car. “Our car was flooded during a vacation due to an old sunroof, and we returned to find the entire cabin full of toxic mold. Smelly thick mold was on every surface including the carpet, in the wells and on the leather interior. We thought we would have to total the car until we found Gina and her team at Astonishing Detail. They completely overhauled the car, pulling everything out, and returned it to us LIKE NEW. No odor, no dampness, no stains, leather seats and trim restored. We couldn't believe it! No one else in Richmond could be as magical! Their thorough and scientific approach saved our car. The customer service was excellent and very communicative throughout the process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Astonishing Detail for their expertise, reasonable and fair cost, and results! “We brought a 2001 F-350 that had been stored outside on a farm at the river for the last 5 years. It was in rough shape and covered in mould. Lamont and the rest of the guys did and amazing job inside and out and it now looks fantastic! We brought a second family wagon that was in a similar state and they did a great job on that one too. The cost for each was very reasonable and the value for the work was outstanding. What a great family business and wonderful bunch of people.”

“I just signed up for a monthly subscription. After this first time, I’m pleased. The exterior was sparkly, mostly dry and those vacuums were perfect for getting up the errant leaves that got tracked in. I hope I don’t ever need reason to employ those mat washers but I know where I’m going if something spills. I’m hoping a subscription plan in addition to its close proximity to the house is enough reason to always have a clean car.I have to say I’ve somehow made it to adulthood and cannot recall a time that I’ve actually gone through a car wash and it was quite frightening. Every sensor in the car made it seem like we were on a collision course from every direction. I just hope it won’t scratch the car.With all that said, I plan to be back. “Gotta admit, this place has pretty low curb appeal. I used to think it was sketchy.. but it's legit nice! Two manual cleaning bays, two automatic bays, and open 24 hours. I did the automatic deluxe at $16. There's a loud recorder voice that guides you in, tells you where to stop, reminds you to be in park, and narrates the entire cleaning process - so you know you're getting what you pay for exactly as it happens. I'm relieved to find a quality, convenient shop so close. It was the third one I looked at today, and I will definitely be back. Plus, there's goodwill right next door for a looky loo right after ;) double win”

“Top notch outstanding car wash service with top notch service and support. I paid top dollar for the extreme wash that cleans the interior and exterior. All the mats were cleaned and the entire interior is cleaned. I know I can trust daves auto spa with my car. The manager was extremely professional and looks like they were trained and have experience talking to customers to offer the best experience. The young person who did my car though was outstanding. He shined the tires till they wouldn't shine anymore as well as make sure my ENTIRE interior was clean! I will be returning here for my next wash purchasing the managers special. This is the kind of service that is going to bring in customers. It's been over a week since I've visited and my car is still clean with the tires still shiny and the wheels sparkling in the light.
