“Last week my future mother-in-law Dottie and I went to Leslie Anne’s to look for an outfit for Dottie to wear at my upcoming wedding. Darlene (which I believe is the co-owner) and her employee Nancy worked their magic and found the perfect outfit for Dottie with a matching necklace to boot! They made us feel both very welcome and comfortable while in the store and were so attentive to the needs of what Dottie was looking for, we were both thoroughly impressed! As we were walking out the door, I noticed the fall decorations hanging in the window display. I went back into the store and ask Darlene where she got them and she said that they were purchased in another state and she had them for years. Seeing the disappointment on my face she offered to let me borrow them for my upcoming wedding! Talk about going above and beyond customer service! The service they provide for Dottie alone was beyond compare to any store I have ever experienced with the attentiveness and care given by the employees/management/owners! This is definitely a place I intend to return to not only for the service provided, but Dottie found her outfit within minutes of walking in that store, but only after going to multiple stores for weeks and being unsuccessful in finding what she was looking for...the clothes in this little boutique are beautiful!!!”
