If I could leave a 0 I would. My husband and I have had issues since day one with our internet service. My husband lost all of the names in the contacts and called the 611 they told him to just take it in to the local company and they could recover them. We went to blfd va and the woman who was working didn't even let us get everything out before telling us she needs the old phone and said the 611 lied to him that wasn't possible. But 611 fixed it...

Review for the Princeton WV store.We went into this store Monday to buy an Iphone 11. The dude said they didn't have one in stock and maybe one would be on the truck Wednesday or Friday. Called Wednesday and was told they had one but it had been there Monday. Went in to buy the phone Thursday and the girl told us we had to transfer the information from the old phone to the new phone ourselves. I don't think either salesperson knew what they were doing now did they want to do it. I'll go to Bluefield VA cricket next time.

I chose to come from Princeton to Bluefield to purchase 2 phones during the holidays .. no offense, Princeton location .. however, I received the most excellent customer service from an employee named James. He was very kind, informative, prompt ...I arrived there a week later to make my purchases and to start a family plan (which btw, they have THE BEST deals for u & ur family, friends .. to not pay as much if 2 or more ppl want 2 go n 2gether & save some money - - which I'm quite sure N E 1 out there is all about doing)Very much happy with my decision to switch over to Cricket .. as well as save money doing so. Great service and products! We were just checking our existing phone for an issue and ended up getting a new phone! James Epperson was very knowledgeable and told us about deals we didn't know about! So we got a new phone!!

Service is good. If your phone messes up tho, even if you pay insurance, good luck getting it fixed using the help number. They will lie to you and tell you they are sending out a New phone but it's never a new phone. It's a scratched up glitchy phone that crashes within a month. & they will ask for more $ before you will get a phone. I'm out $200.

I first walked in and Angela the sales representative was promt to wait on me. Also showed me all the availability for savings and best interest to me. Set up my service with no problems and keeped a smile on her face. My experience here was great and would recommend her to friends and family.
