Rooms very musty. Two floor hotel with no elevator. Strong rumors of bed bugs from fellow attendees at nearby sports competitions. One second-hand report was that it indeed happened. Front desk clerk was not aware of any prior incident when questioned. Inspection of rooms prior to checking in found nothing.

Pet friendly. Friendly front desk staff and housekeeping staff. The room was ok. First time traveling with a pet. The staff was very accomodating. Large pet area next to hotel. Plenty of parking around the hotel. Easy in and out. Had to make a u-turn to get out going back into Bluefield, VA

My room was clean and cozy everyone was nice and helpful I thoughly enjoyed this hotel.
