Customer in front of me received great customer service HOWEVER when it was our turn we received the worse customer service not at all helpful and seemed uninterested to help - if we could rate zero stars that is what is deserved!

I have been taking my semis there for years. They are quick & Thorough. Jeff, DJ, & Wayne are the only ones we trust to work on our big trucks & 4-wheelers. They also do Va state inspections.

They had absolutely no experience on reign. NONE. Was charged 400+ dollars for them to do nothing. Smh. The stars are only for the friendly lady that answers the phone for them.

My 2007 Freightliner Columbia, had broken down at midnight on a Sunday morning a little over two weeks ago. J J Hogan wrecker service recommended J and M truck service to me. It was after 3am before My truck was hooked up to the wrecker, due to breaking down in the middle of no where. Tony was the driver of the tow truck, and he was extremely pleasant. Dee and Jeff at J and M truck service are awesome to work with. They had a sense of urgency to get me back on the road. My truck was fixed quickly, even though they weren’t expecting me to drop in. My truck has been running fine, and I can say that J and M Truck service does quality, and reliable work!
