Poor scheduling, was told by the lady that takes the calls that I could drop off my car the next day for state inspection, when I get there on my lunch break to drop off the car, she tells me I can't leave it bc they won't be able to get to it. Waste of my time......

Made an appointment a month in advance because that was the earliest possible time to fix my van. Called the day before to verify everything was ok and was assured that it was. Came in at 8am to drop it off on the day of the appointment and was told that it wouldn't be ready today, said ok, like a day or 2, and basically can't make any promises, even a week or 2 was too much to say that it would be fixed in even that time frame. I'm truly disappointed in the service that after waiting a month for my appointment literally means nothing to this business. Maybe they had good customer service in the past but apparently those days are gone. The worst part were the excuses about having cars with wrong parts on all of their lifts. Cars can generally be rolled off a lift rather than stop all production in a shop, even if you have to put a few things back together to make it happen. You never tie up all of your lifts for days on end with a car that's needing parts.

I don't know ain't gone yet just made appointment to get the vehicle lined $55 and got a price on a oil change that is $50 Walmart cheaper

Awesome shop. Friendly staff. Trustworthy. They told us we needed something else before getting the alignment done and fid not do unnecessary repairs. Builds confidence to find a shop you can trust to not take advantage!

It was a awesome experience. My van drives so much better now. I had to get a front alignment. They did a great job. I will definitely be going back and recommending them as well. And it was a great price to!

I have been going here since they opened. They are usually very busy, but are very good at repairs and don't over charge you. They will work with you on getting you in and getting repairs done. Very nice employees and definitely very good at what they do.
