It's ok...the employee look they don't like color people's...not so friendly..I'm just saying..I only go in there to get my aunt meds some time

There is a great little gift shop called Yancey's Fancy's inside Spencer's Drug Store and I LOVE it! They carry so many cute products like Swell, Southern Fried Cotton, Simply Southern, Scout, and Lilly Pulitzer gift items! Great service and a great experience, I plan to visit again soon!
