I’ve bought from this store over the last few years. This is where I can feel very comfortable about the items I buy. Everyone is so very helpful and friendly. They have the answers for any questions we might have. All the employees are very helpful without making me feel as if I’m being pressured to buy anything. I definitely know exactly where I’ll buy anything for my household. I think all of the employees should be recognized for their exceptional work.

I don't have the mattress yet. It comes today. I don't think I had the best representative helping me with the purchase. I remember things from the past purchase of a mattress, like in order for the warranty to be fulfilled, you had ro have a mattress pad. Not once did he say that to me. I asked him how much they cost ans told him I wanted 2. Then, he told me the full one cost 79.99, when it rang up for 89.99. I read all of the warranty info when I got home and was like it's a good thing I remembered from my last mattress purchase about buying the mattress protector. He also said he gave me the better deal. It was better for me to buy the 2 mattresses instead of the buy 1 get 1 100percent off. I asked him again and he said it was better bc I had free delivery for purchasing over a certain price. Now that I think of it, I don't think it was a better deal. Anyway, I've had more knowledgeable people help me in the past when purchasing things. Hopefully, I chose 2 good mattresses.
