I went into this location yesterday 8/5/24
I had my check engine light on, my vehicle was making noises and I was so stressed out. When I got to store a young man named Daniel helped out tons, He explainede why and what I needed to do!
I have been to many places in Blackstone ,
He made it the best experience and I will return and spread the good word about this location. I hope that he continues to be at that store and gets a raise because he’s an asset to this company. Thank you O’Reillys.

Employees are great. I got a back windshield wiper for my SUV and had a great experience. Very reasonable price and they installed it.

WOMEN BE WARNED!!!! Stay far away from this store. The manager likes to degrade women and belittle them all while not knowing a thing about engines! He counted the coil packs and told my daughter 'you don't even know what size engine you have. Its obviously a 4.7 sweetheart' then laughed and shook his head. YOU MORON!! If you knew anything you could read the sticker on the hood that would show you that my daughter knows her truck! The part you gave her and told her it must be right was absolutely INCORRECT!! I called OReilly's corporate asking to talk to the district manager and the district manager gave this idiot my name and phone number! I never got a call from the District Manager either. Guess O'Reillys doesn't want women in their store. Its Ok Autozone down the street was much more professional to her and I and treated us with the utmost respect. Good riddance O'Reillys!!
