Sub par service by far. Receptionist called us 3 times setting appointments then canceled then said just walk in . We get there after playing the run around and are told only one tax prep person works there and she's booked for 2 days . I've lived in blackstone several years , every year we give them a shot and every year we just go to chester H&r block on jd .

I have to change my rating because for the past 2 years I haven't received my refund. I'm still waiting for my tax return from last year....smh, ridiculous

People at the H\\u0026R Block in Blackstone Virginia always treat me with respect and do me a good job that's why I always go back and the main person I let do my taxes is Clementine White. She is a good person!
