I usually don’t do this, because I understand things happen! If I could give this place NO stars, I would! I got a dryer here less than a year ago. The first time it broke it took a WEEK of run around, just to get a number to call for repair. The second time it broke, I was told we will send someone out to look at it. Fine. Heard nothing else from anyone, so I called. The gentleman states he knows nothing about it and basically could not help me. So I had to google the number myself. Spoke with an upper manager who assured me of support from the company. After finding out it’s going to take a possible week to repair the dryer, I call back to the upper manager, left a message. Called to the store and Nancy proceeds to tell me she will have to check. Well here it is almost 5pm and NOTHING! Customer service is a joke!!!! I see that I’m not the only person who has experienced this issue. Yes it’s paid off, but it’s less than a year that THEIR product that THEY sold broke! I will NOT go back ever again! I’d advise anyone else to NOT go here for any needs you might have for your home. Because once they get their money, it’s screw the customer!

The delivery drivers were awesome. I got a refrigerator and a stove.
There is just one problem. The refrigerator had water and ice and was supposed to be brand new. I got plumbers in finally. Ran water to the refrigerator not to have it work. Plumbers checked it and didn't know what was wrong.
And it seems like since I paid them off early.. they don't care whether it works or not.
Update:
After trying so many times to get them to send their repair guy out I finally had to contact a different appliance repair guy. Since I was never contacted by their repairman even though I called them multiple times.
I got Sears to come out. Sears told me that the filter housing need replaced. That it was not a brand new refrigerator but it was refurbished. Even though I paid for a brand new side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice.

We love Buddy’s! They have been a great experience we moved into our house off the streets with no furniture or appliances and buddy’s worked with us on the down payment. Glenn the manager is awesome he will work with you and help out as much as he can long as you communicate. I will always go to buddy’s if I need anything.

I dealt with Tramaine Wright up there and the service I got was much more then what I ever even expected from a place of business! He made my transaction simple and as fast as possible!! I made a second purchase just days after my first one and i plan on making much more through him!! Thanks!
