What an amazing establishment and management. I'm with the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and our Unit is at Fort Barfoot for our annual training. At the end of our training we held an MWR event for our Soldiers. We reached out to Robert to inquire about possibly donating any food/funds towards our event. He ended up fulfilling our entire shopping list. Enough supplies to have a cookout for over 100 Soldiers. We did not expect or anticipate that at all. We are truly grateful and humbled by his donation.

So today I visited the Blackstone Food Lion, much better than the Victoria one in my opinion. The shelves were well stocked, produce looked very good, bread aisle was full, but no whole milk in the small container so I took 2% instead.All in all I would shop here instead of the Victoria store but it is a half hour drive as opposed to 7 minutes! So I have to suck up the lesser store most of the time.

I order my groceries online and pick up at Food Lion. The associates are good shoppers and they have the ability to pick fresh produce. It saves me a lot of time.

Store is disheveled and disorganized. Only stopped because it was on my way home. Obviously they are trying to keep up with the walmart in blackstone which is worse.
