I bought my living room furniture and my bed mattress From this location Benjamin is a great help has great customer service skills he will talk to you when help you make a decision on what you need his mother Beth is excellent the whole staff in the store has great customer skills I will shop there again good place to buy,they also have a great service department, very nice and clean

I bought my furniture there at the store they are very good customer service ******** the owner is excellent he has the best customer service skills that I know of he takes care of you he will not let you leave without your product at a one plus the rest of the staff is excellent and friendly I will shop there again like I said I have what my living furniture from there and my mattress from that store Great customer service

My wife and I have purchased furniture from Blackstone Emporium on two occasions and are very satisfied. We prefer dealing with family owned and local businesses for our larger purchases, not national chain stores. We felt no pressure from the staff and the furniture quality and selection was excellent. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. ** helped ** with our first purchase and *** assisted ** with our second piece we special ordered. Furniture was delivered on time and professionally. We have suggested Blackstone to our friends. We will be back. Thank you

I visited Blackstone Emporium a few days ago and was amazed as to how large of a selection they have. I dealt with Mrs. Sharon D., and she was absolutely a delight, knowledgeable and patient. The other two ladies that work there are just simply divine ladies, so nice and helpful. I purchased six pieces and was amazed as to how reasonably priced my total purchase was. I highly recommend this furniture store and please go see Mrs. Sharon D. Jim USMC-Ret

Outstanding service and a wealth of knowledge is why we keep going back to Blackstone Emporium. We recently purchased split king mattresses to go with the frame we purchased a fewmonths ago. We thought going in we knew what we wanted. After talking with Jo and Ben we decided to take alook at a different type of mattress. After two hours of trying to decide we listened to Ben and went with the Winndom mattress. This is our second Winndom, made right here in Virginia. I was a little reluctant to give up the one I thought I wanted for their recommendation BUT so glad I did. We love our new Winndom mattress. Excellent quality and I know Blackstone Emporium is there should an issue arise. Excellent staff, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Blackstone Emporium is awesome! Jo our sales lady took up a lot of time with us.The owner, Benjamin actually delivered our Flexsteel motorized sofa with the help of Jack.Good products at a good price and excellent service!Wish we had known about this business years ago!We have 2 chairs on order, can't wait to see how they go with the new sofa!We will definitely shop Blackstone Emporium from now on.
