“Everyone knows owning a ford truck sometimes can be expensive to fix. After trying to do coil packs and plugs, I had three that just wouldn't come out. The pricing they told me was absolutely perfect and they fixed everything in a timely manor. After repairs my battery went dead and was a 2019 battery and they replaced for only the cost of the battery. I will recommend everyone I come across that can't fix things theirs elf to go here. “I cannot give enough praise and thanks to Jack and his business for how much they helped me! My car initially started out having problems with loose battery terminals. In-house repair (by in-house I mean my house) worked but then my car wouldn’t start. We weren’t sure if it was the battery, the starter, alternator….we were at a loss. After one phone call with Jack we had my car in his shop that same day, and he found the problem - the battery (and also a badly needed oil change). Jack was great with explaining the problem, the solutions, going over everything he did to fix my car, the estimate - from start to finish I felt 100% confident in his expertise and work. “This is my go-to place in Blackstone to get vehicle inspections and repairs. The lady at the front desk is always courteous and kind and works with my military schedule to get me an appointment. The shop guys do good work and they do it quickly. I will continue to go to them for all of my inspections and repairs while I serve in this area.”
“The location is very convenient and the service quick once you get in. I have been getting my oil changed at this location for several years now and I have no complaints at all. Oil changes range from 5-15 minutes at the most and you don't have to leave your vehicle, just sit there. Fantastic!!”
