The thing with our post office is that they are government owned the government has put all this up on our local post office workers to deliver packages that UPS and FedEx wants delivered the government has not even supplied them decent vehicles to deliver with or the Manpower when we order packages from Amazon per se Amazon needs to give us a list of who we would want our packages delivered by FedEx UPS or post office because this is getting very ridiculous of what the government has put up on our local post offices the employees are at no fault of what the government has thrusted upon them but we need our FedEx and our ups back they deliver right to our door I'm having the same issue as everyone else we live up off the highway our packages are crammed in the mailbox and they're Torn to Pieces we get other people's mail nowadays and packages and it's just ridiculous the pressure that the government has put up on the local post offices if I had a way of getting in touch with Amazon I would tell them to please give a list when we order who we would want the package delivered by and from FedEx and UPS is always delivered right to the door US Postal Service is a leave a message in your mailbox to come to the post office and pick it up that's just ridiculous the government needs to get out of the business of delivering packages and taking jobs from UPS and FedEx who are private business costing jobs until they can get their Postal Services the equipment the trucks and the Manpower to deliver packages when I call about issue at the post office I tried to give the people working there the benefit of the doubt because nobody really realizes what's been thrusted up on them by the government they got more than they can handle the packages need to go back to UPS and FedEx because it's customers who order things online or getting very frustratedAmazon if you reading thisPlease give us options of who we want our packages delivered from

While in my time in the military I have had to interact with a multitude of personnel at the USPS from across the world. Out of years of having to send gifts and letters during my time away from family I would say my overall experience has been pleasant.
All until I was unfortunate to have encountered a lady named Angie. This was by far the worst human interaction that I have ever had to face. From her abrasive, and rude attitude I would have much rather walked on the grass infront of a Birgade formation then deal with her again. Not only is she a menace to any customer that comes near her but that as well as the employees that work under her. I've delt with countless people in my life that might be called a "horror" to deal with. But Angie would have them pale in comparison. Let alone her glare that she gave to the clerks from behind. I would compare it to as if a troll was standing behind you. (Bless those who can stand there with her creeping from behind?)
I personally, and would highly recommend to any management that is even slightly competent at there job there, removing her imminently. Until she is removed permanently from any USPS I'll be taking the extra 20mins to drive to Christiansburg for any and all of my mail needs.

The two ladies working Friday afternoon were both very pleasant and helpful, so judging by the other reviews, they may have hired new people

Kiana was incredibly helpful and kind, and helped me to sort out a problem I had with my packages being incorrectly delivered after putting in a request to forward my address. Many thanks to her!

As you can tell your mail delivery personnel don’t know how to delivery to the door. Clearly this shouldn’t have been placed in the mailbox. My package was destroyed. Please inform your personnel in the future what spaces fit what packages.

Extremely rude for no reason. They literally pick fights with customers.

My packages have been delivered to the wrong address countless times. The woman who works the front desk is absolutely miserable and has always been rude to me when I try and mail packages. Extremely slow, always a bad experience.

Ken is a very nice gentleman but some of the other workers are rude and arrogant but otherwise they handle my needs well enough to where I can say I am satisfied with the work they do. I'd probably go to Christiansburg though if you want to avoid potentially dealing with the rude ones.

Terrible and rude post office, they don't do anything they're obligated to because they're short-staffed.

The short white lady at the counter. I think her name is Angelique. She was extremely rude to everyone in the short 5 minutes I was there.
She cut people off short, used her fingers to rudely gesture customers to come to the front and made condescending remarks to one customer’s last name.
There is actually a complaint form on usps site but doubt it makes a difference.

Had an appointment to initiate a passport for my child and still had to stand in line for an hour to be seen. Absolutely abhorent service. Hire more staff.

Some employees are very disrespectful to LGBTQ people and it took them half an hour to process shipping one item internationally (after all forms were completed on my end prior to coming to the counter).

The woman named Angelique that works there is very arrogant and rude to the customers. I heard her say to a woman that she knew that she was talking to for several minutes while others were waiting for her, that “she better go before this one behind her jumps on her back”. Implying that the foreign student behind her was being rude and standing too close to her, which was not the case at all. In my four or five minutes in the store, I heard her say several arrogant and condescending things. so I can only imagine what she does all day long but there have been rude and hateful people working there for years and nothing ever seems to be done about it. I found someone’s lost debit card on the sidewalk and was asking people in line if it was theirs and gave it to the woman at the counter Angelique and told her I would message anybody by that name that lives around here on Facebook that it’s here and she said “OK that’s a little weird” rubbed me the wrong way as I’m some kind of creep and it would be strange to message a person and tell them that you found their debit card. Instead, we should just leave it up to fate that they might trace their steps and get lucky and find it being a weirdo and messaging them where it’s at. She seems really helpful and like she cares about others the perfect type of person to work with the public.(Insert her style of sarcasm here)
