I had the best experience I've ever had shipping through a UPS store at this location yesterday. It was a Monday morning and the employee that helped me was courteous, upbeat and very helpful. He efficiently got me going and my entire time in the store was just over five minutes. Thank you!

I gave the young man my return and info, bought some folders, was asked if I needed anything else (No, but thank you), and back in my car in 8 mins. Always efficient and very helpful.

Waited almost 10 minutes behind 1 customer who was on their phone for several minutes. All I needed was to have a QR code scanned so I could leave...asked if I could be helped while the other customer was still on the phone and was told I had to keep waiting, even though a second terminal was free could have been used while the other customer was busy talking.
This isn't the only example of poor service I've had, but it is the most recent. I will not be back...I'm done with this particular UPS Store. I will take my shipping business elsewhere, happily.

As a former ups employee I’m completely embarrassed of the manager in this store. I often stand in long lines and watch him sit in the back and fiddle around, not doing much, pretending to be busy while playing with his paper cutter. The entire line has watched him at times refuse to work and we all stand around wondering why he won’t come out to help. I’ve seen people leave the store because they get upset watching him sit in his chair doing nothing while his one employee deals with a line out the door.The last straw for me was waiting for him to notarize a document today while his employees kept apologizing and telling me he was “ in the bathroom.”… when he finally came out he said he doesn’t do notary work after 12 and refused to help.As a former ups team member I’m so embarrassed of the manager here. I love UPS but this is a good example of how one bad team member can ruin the reputation of a brand

I tried to notarize my document twice at this UPS location unsuccessfully. I showed up before 12pm but their notary had left already despite the fact that they are supposed to be on site from 8am to 12pm. Not OK.

I want to commend Brian of the Blacksburg UPS store. I recently had knee surgery and he went out of his way to bring a dolly to my car (on a very cold day) to save me from making six trips from the parking lot to the store with my six packages. I really appreciated his kindness. Thanks, Brian!

I paid extra to have a package delivered in 3 days. After tracking the package it ended up being delayed and it took 4 days. I asked for a refund of the difference in price and was told they don't guarantee delivery dates. So why pay $20 more for an earlier delivery for a 17 ounce package ? Use USPS
