This place is humid from the fountains and smells like body odor and sweat from the gym attached to it and the foul smelling hobby game shop located inside of it, won't be coming back, none of the shops are impressive, but seems to be an OK place for local students to hang out

University Mall Shopping Center was a disappointing experience. The store selection was limited, prices were high, and the layout was confusing. Customer service was subpar, with disinterested staff. Based on my visit in May 2023, I would recommend considering other shopping options in the area.

Fun n games is always fun to go into and walk around, the Chinese restaurant is good too. Other than that the mall is a little sparse and kinda boring

Sushi, bubble tea, and comics with a nice indoor area to sit and relax. Plus, many other little shops to enjoy.

It's a nice medium sized indoor mall. Pretty kid friendly if you need to be concerned about that. Normally pretty quite but not really dead. The bathrooms were clean.

This is a great mall. It's just kinda slow paced and not very busy. Probably because of all the online store nowadays. But it's a great place to go and walk around.

Enjoyed taking pictures with the different Hokies. The mall is a quiet place where you can shop and I see students come here to study.

Lots of stores to choose from. Great variety. Very clean and modern. Parking is tight but there is quite a few spaces.

Conveniently located within walking distance of Va Tech Campus. Nice variety of stores with lots of parking & handicap friendly. Clean & well lit.

Hole in the wall alert. When we entered we enjoyed the decor but was concerned do to the lack of customers or even staff at first. But then the fun started... Overloaded plates of food were delivered which we were very optimistic about the quality at first, that was quickly replaced with awe and a big smile as all the food was quite tasty and importantly textures were spot on. This will be another stop for us when we stop in Blacksburg. Lol at the pics and see how generous the portions are.
