I have my business account with this bank. And I last year started in May some one stolen my debit card information and used it to bought things on amazon. I didn't recived any alert email or anything from bank to let me know about those transcetion. usually i checked my statement but last year June my 2 years old daughter have a heart problem and we had sew doctors. I put all my attention and time into take care my daughter. I trusted this bank before so I didn’t check my statement really well. Until this year March , when I fielded the tax for my business and I found out this transaction and I went to bank right away got card cancel and try to got disputed. First time dispute is declined. I called Amazon and Amazon found out all this transaction made not though my account and it’s all s

over 13 years of banking with this branch, I have only good things to say about this branch. The associates are friendly and go out of their way to keep my business. Even though i have moved from BB, i am still doing my business with this bank.

I went to the drive-thru ATM at this location to make a withdrawal, the money was deducted from my account, but the machine did not give me the physical cash. I tried it again, because if it said insufficient funds the second time, that means the first transaction went through. Sure enough, on the second attempt, it said insufficient funds. So, I went into the bank and talked to the branch manager Leigh Sutherland, however, she told me that because it was a Friday and they were closing, they would not be able to audit the ATM and check the balance. She told me they would call me on Monday and get it sorted out. I agreed to this despite losing $60 and having to wait the weekend for the mistake to be corrected. I went into the bank on Monday, and spoke with Leigh Sutherland again. Considering I already had $60 taken from me and had to wait 72 hours to even discuss getting my money back, I was expecting the staff to be willing to help me and trying their hardest to get me the money that had been taken from me. I could not have been more wrong. After taking time out of my schedule to go in and personally address this issue, she was unwilling to take the next steps towards recovering my money while I was in person with her. Instead, she called me on her own time later in the day, and essentially told me that the bank does not owe me any money. I never got my money back. I have never had such a terrible customer service experience than with Leigh Sutherland, the branch manager of this bank location. It would behoove everyone to avoid this location at all costs. I am considering switching banks after this very unpleasant experience, and will make sure it is well known how terrible the service at this branch is.

Thank bank claims to serve communities but tows cars from an empty parking lot after 7 PM. Just another corporation trying to squeeze the last dollar they can from people.
