They strive to find the perfect fit for your desired need and foot physiology. A huge bonus for Run About is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Their 30-day return policy is REAL! They want you to try out your selected shoe and if it’s not working for you, bring it back and they’ll help you find another shoe that will.All the staff are excellent. Hannah was the one who helped me with my most recent purchases. She spent a great deal of time with me, asking me questions about preference, past experience, usage habits, etc. She helped me settle on a style of HOKA walking shoes that I thought I’d love. When I walked in them for a few days, I realized they were too wide and unstable for my feet. I brought them back and Hannah helped my find my “Goldilocks” fit! She exchanged them happily and set me on my way! I know this is a lengthy review, but the exceptional customer service at Run About warranted such. “We have been going to both locations for years. The variety of Virginia Tech merchandise is amazing, and new stuff comes in all the time. They even have Corps of Cadet gear! The prices are reasonable, and the people are nice. Once when I ordered something around Christmastime, they called me to tell me that the package would be one day late. Who does that!? A customer-focused business, that's who!”
