BOUGHT A VAPE ON SATURDAY EVENING, STARTED TO USE AND CHARGE LIGHT WENT RED, AND WOULDNT CHARGE. WENT BACK THIS MORNING AND THEY WOULDNT EXCHANGE. SORRY BUT I WONT BE GOING THERE EVER AGAIN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DID NOT EXPECT THAT.

I come to get about 10-20 cartons of smokes, every 2 months or so.... just because I live so far away. But I am always grateful to them for having such decent prices, and being very friendly every time I here. Been coming in for about 2 years or so, and never a bad experience. This is a place I highly recommend ?

Highly do not recommend. My father is disabled and lives on a fixed income. He was charged twice for three cartoons of cigarettes. Was told it would be refunded to his acct. instead it posted and took his money out. When he called to ask about getting his refund, he was told that someone would call him back after lunch. No one called so he called back at 3pm. The employee who answered was very rude and said they couldn’t help bc the person who handles refunds wasn’t there and hung up on him. Then wouldn’t answer when he tried to call back. We both were a regular customer for years but will not shop here ever again. Very unprofessional customer service.

Fake vapes go to smoke depot across from foodlion I'm Christiansburg instead. They always have real ones and if something is wrong they do their best to replace it. I'll never come back here for a disposable again. They also charge more than smoke depot. 10/10 don't recommend this place. ?♀️

Great place to get cheap cigs if you ever need to find a different brand that's super cheap. They will have brands of cigarettes that other places don't
